 PCMtuner tool, the current version is V1.21. Many people have been impressed by the functions of PCMtuner and the list of supported ECUs. Evaluation 1:
PCMtuner has usb dongle, usually work offline, but VR need online, no sub, they promise updates.

Tested to activate the following modules on my 2 devices:
1,2,3,4,6,7,10,12,14,16,20,21,32,33,36,48,51,52,53,56,57,58,62,69,71, 73.

Evaluation 2:
They have made their own APP and can log in online, you see pinouts, car configs (which r/w modes), support etc..

I tested egpt with MEDC17 before and read/write dq250mbq , all worked fine.

 

Evaluation 3:
PCMtuner components are ok, ich checked the pbc, friends of mine already working with it and the software is 1.2.1.

Its official website is terrible, like new, but I got more info on it from its authorised reseller obdexpress.co.uk. I can still communicate with them after I buy, which is great. Because I'm also skeptical of their support list , so please at least keep in touch with customer service.

Its like a Full PCMFlash , but they build another software around like autotuner menu, you can directly click OBD/BENCH/Boot and you got instructions inside.

 

Evaluation 5:
PCMtuner is a simple pcm flash with modules 1-74. HQ PCMFLASH full clone with integrated scanmatik2.

They have a server where you can create a customer account to download VR etc. He can make tweak files.

How to solve the Yanhua Mini ACDP prompt that the device is lost?

 Problem

Hi, just purchased Yanhua Mini ACDP + BMW Module 1 and registered it. When I tried to program another key, I got as far as the app prompting me to put the working key up to the steering column. When I do that, I get this message:” Network replacement detected, loss of equipment, click OK to exit.”

 

Solution

Click “OK”, try to identity by OBD again.

If coding data was lost, go to “Recover coding data”, then retry by OBD.

I have one xprog 6.12 ecu programmer. I close the internet, firewall, and all anti-virus software on my computer and already install Adobe. When I plug the xprog- box programmer, the system prompts me that windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for my xprog, the system cannot find the file specified. It’s Win7. Important to know!!!

1. XPROG V6.12 dongle isn't compatible with the older version Xprog.
2. Please close all anti-virus software on your computer, because the anti-virus software will kill Xprog V6.12 driver.
3. Disconnect internet. If not, the internet may damage XPROG hardware.
4. Uninstall all the old version XPROG software before you install V6.12 software because XPROG V6.12 hardware is not compatible with other versions of XPROG software.
5. Never try to UPDATE it, the hardware will be damaged if you try to update it online.
