For the first time using, it requires to register and update MP900Z-BT.

Turn on the device, agree with end user license

The internet is required for identification for the first use of the software (after software upgrade or factory reset). Please connect to the internet!

Drop down the screen to select WiFi

Tap Use Wi-Fi, and select one available WiFi to connect

After connected, back to the main menu, it will go to the register page automatically.

Tap "Register", input the user name, country, province, city phone number, SMS verification code, password required correctly

Tap "Register" to complete the process.

After registration, click "Link" to bind the phone number and device.

After that, it will back to the main menu automatically.

Click "Update", and update both App and OS separately.

Repeat the same steps as step 1 to connect ECU, read and save new EEPROM and Flash data in sequence

Step 3: Write EEPROM and FLASH data

Select the EEPROM and Flash data of the original Nissan engine computer and write them into the new one respectively.

Disconnect after data writing is completed.

Autel IM608 Pro2 Renew Used 2006 Mercedes C230 TCU

 Today I'm going to show how to renew 2006 Mercedes-Benz C230 TCU(Transmission Control Unit) module with Autel MaxiIM IM608 PRO II on bench. Somebody already replaced the transmission on this vehicle. Actually I don't have to remove the whole transmission, lift the car and disconnect transmission connector with my own harness.

Follow the diagram to connect Autel IM608 II, GODIAG GT100 & TCU module.

Here it needs a power ground, 2 high and low lines & a 120ohm resistor.

Then I connect the OBD2 port through this cool pass through interface.

Read TCU data >> OK

Here we got the data already, the status of Activated & Personalized are "Yes".

Do you want to save transmission data? Yes

Succeeded in saving transmission data!

I need another power supply cause that's not going to last. So turn on 12V(15) button on GODIAG.

Renew TCU >> Yes

Do you want to obtain the erasure password? OK

Succeeded in calculating the erasure password!

Press "Yes" to save transmission data.

Succeeded in renewing transmission.

Do you want to read transmission data? Yes

As we can see, Personalized & Activated were changed to be "No". That means the transmission has been renewed.

Before testing, ease the transmission code stored before:

0513 — The CAN signal for start enable transmitted to the Drive Authorization System(DIAGNOSTIC TOOL/FBS) by transmission control is missing or invalid.

Now unplug all connection to check if the transmission is good.

The transmission is working fine.

Done.
