How to use Xhorse VVDI MLB Tool and VVDI2 key programmer to add new key to Audi A4L?
Use MLB Tool to collect key data and make dealer key, and then use VVDI2 to learn key.
200 remote points are required for key data calculation.
1.Collect key data and make dealer key with Xhorse MLB Tool
Step 1: Connect device and key
Key PCB and MLB-Tool wiring diagram
Place the original key in the device identification area for identification
Open the original car key, and connect the key PCB and Xhorse MLB-Tool via the welding harness as default
Connect VVDI MLB Tool and computer via USB cable
Step 2: Collect key data
Performs the functions step by step:
Identification key>> Collect Key Data>> Make dealer key
When collecting key data, select “No OEM key”, and it will prompt you that “This calculation will deduct 200 remote points.”
Wait about 3–4 minutes. The server takes approximately 10 seconds to calculate.
Save the calculation results after the calculation is complete.
2.Learn key with VVDI2
Turn on the ignition switch
Connect Xhorse VVDI2 key programmer, vehicle and computer correctly
Place the remote in the induction area
Run VVDI2 software and select Audi software
Select Key Learn>> MLB Immobilizer system>> Read vehicle information>> Key Learning
Load the calculation data saved in step 2
Learn two keys one by one
All keys were learned successfully.
