Customer problem:
The KT200 software opens and works well, but sometimes it does not want to open. I have to uninstall the driver and put it back. On the other hand, the ×64 patch does not want to be installed on my Windows 10 64bit computer.
The solution offered by obdexpress.co.uk engineer:
If it does not open, unplug your KT200 USB+ power, and then replug the USB and 12v, after that, open the software again.
