What Does OBP Mean in Digimaster 3 Support List?

 Question: I’m looking at the Digimaster3 support list. What do "Soldering Contacts" and "Memory Directly" mean in the image? "Soldering Contacts" refers to soldering after removing the dashboard; while "Memory Directly" refers to connecting to the vehicle’s OBD interface?

The OBP here does not mean connecting to the vehicle’s OBD. Both the "Soldering Contacts" and "Memory Directly" methods mentioned above require removing the vehicle’s dashboard. The difference lies in the connection method:

As shown in the image below, "Soldering Contacts" involves soldering the wires to the circuit board contacts.

As shown in the image below, "Memory Directly" involves desoldering the chip and then reconnecting it to the Yanhua OBP adapter.

Digimaster 3 Mileage Tuning for Ferrari F430: (1EAF) Error

 I’m having some trouble trying to adjust the mileage of my Ferrari F430 2006 (24LC16B chip) using the Yanhua Digimaster 3. The manual instructs me to connect the 8-pin 24LC16B chip to the crystal oscillator, but I can’t seem to find it on the board.

Vehicle Model: Ferrari F430 2006 UK RHD

Instrument Cluster Model: Digitek D03FT36R4

8-pin Chip Type: 24LC16B

After sharing the image with Yanhua Digimaster 3 technical support, they confirmed that the crystal oscillator was indeed present.

However, the technician also stated that it’s difficult to read data directly from the 24C16 chip type on the circuit board due to CPU interference. We recommend removing the chip from the circuit board and soldering it to an OBP adapter before reading.

Of course, I hate desoldering chips, so I read the chip directly on the board, and an error message appeared: (1EAF)There is interference not supported, please short connect crystal vibration or reset grounding and try again.

The technical team clarified that this error confirms the existence of CPU interference, and the most effective solution is still to transfer the chip to the OBP adapter.

I did as he said, and luckily, I completed it in one go.

Digimaster 3 Corrected 2007 Toyota LandCruiser Mileage

 I have a 2007 200 series toyota landcruiser, it's 93A86 memory chip, and want to correct mileage by Yanhua Digimaster 3. But I don't find the option to enter, only see 93C86. Is it not supported?
