MOTOPRO Key Programmer User Manual: Registration & Update

Learn how to set up MOTOPRO Motorcycle Key Programmer software, register your account, and use bench/OBD features for Honda, Yamaha, BMW, and Ducati motorcycles.

MOTOPRO Key Programmer Overview:

MOTOPRO is a professional PC-based key programming device for motorcycles. It reads transponders, generates keys from ECU dumps, and calculates PIN codes via OBD bench connections or memory chip soldering.

Hardware Interface and Socket Reference

The included adapter board provides organized working zones:

1. MCU Connection Zone: Dupont wire header for MCU programming.

2. Resistor Headers: Positions 3 through 6 accommodate 1K, 2.2K, 4.7K, or 100R resistors.

3. Fixed Memory Socket: Dedicated slot for SEIKO and S29XX chips.

4. 24CXX / 95CXX Socket: Standard EEPROM slot.

5. 93CXX Socket: Standard 93CXX EEPROM slot.

Important:

Do not use SOP8 test clips. Clip connections cause signal distortion during memory read/write. Always desolder chips or use direct socket mounting.

Software Setup & Device Activation

1. Get software V1.70 from the official download link ([https://qbblax.com/uploads/20260310/cd3f10e782d8b344331b64d1f5fab45f.zip] or qbblax.com under the Download menu.

1. Run V1.70.exe.
2. Connect MOTOPRO unit to the PC with the USB cable.

1. Fill in your email and an 8+ character password in the pop-up box. Click Get for the email code, type it in, and complete registration.

1. Click Upgrade -> Upgrade device to update firmware. Re-plug the USB cable and restart the application when finished.

Software Navigational Guide

Connect 12V power to MOTOPRO Key Programmer before running functions. The bottom status bar shows power supply level and connection status.

• Key R/W: Identifies transponder keys in the coil. Handles Yamaha PIN, Honda PIN/unlock, Suzuki PIN, and MT05 init.

• Programmer: Allows raw EEPROM and MCU data read/write.

• IMMO Data Tool: Includes Read, Load File, Key Make, Write, and Position (wiring diagrams).

• OBD Function: Connects directly to ECU pinouts without drilling plastic covers (Piaggio & Triumph Module 25).

• Upgrade: Displays unit information and paid module activation status.
