Autel IM608 supports via OBD to Volvo xc90 2004 key programming

 Car model and year: Volvo xc90 2004

 

Volvo key programmer to use: Autel MaxiIM IM608

 

First do scan of the vehicle by OBD - Diagnostic - And delete all errors. With IM tool.
Long time ago I had to do this first.
Tried immo section first. Second key would not adapt. After this it did disable the alarm (faulty remote), and finally key got programmed.

Then go to immo section with IM tool by OBD.
Doing immo scan check by OBD? With IM tool. What does it say.
The old working key. Should be able to sort it out by OBD.

If this is not working.
Then remove the CEM, and write back first original dump.
Do diagnostic by OBD. Delete all errors.
Test if car starts.

If the car starts. Add the spare key by OBD, instead.
