CG100X Added VW MQB RH850 R7F7014xx 5A and 5C Cluster

Good news!!! CGDI CG100X Programmer can support Volkswagen MQB RH850 R7F7014xx 5A and 5C clusters mileage correction now. Need to use with D1 adapter and remove capacitors. IMMO data decoding is not supported.
