OBDSTAR DC706 with TCM V30.27 can read and write VOLVO GETRAG and AISIN TCMs by Bench. OBDSTAR P004 Adapter and ECU Clone Jumper are required to perform this function.
First, check the OBDSTAR DC706 Support List for Volvo TCM (TCM V30.27) below.
Then, here take Volvo AISIN AW55 as an example to show the read and write operation guide.
Select ECU Flasher>> TCM>> TCM V30.27>> aw55>> VOLVO AISIN AW55 SH7055+95320
Click "Pinout" and select "Bench" and "P004" to check the wiring diagram
Use OBDSTAR P004 ECU Clone Jumper to connect P004 Adapter and Volvo TCM, and connect Adapter to DC706 via the main cable, supply power to P004 Adapter as well
After connection, turn on the switch button of Adapter
Make sure the network connection is normal and stable
Click "Start" and select "Bench" and "P004" to start the read and write operation.
1. Connect
2. Read and save INT Flash data
3. Read and save EXT EEPROM data
4. Upload the original INT Flash data to write into the new Volvo TCM
5. Upload the original EXT EEPROM data to write into the new Volvo TCM as well
6. Disconnect
