2. DoIP Is Built In
KD-X6 includes built-in DoIP, so users do not need a separate DoIP adapter for supported vehicles.
3. MLB and MQB48 Are Integrated
The KD-MP MLB and MQB48 functions are integrated into KD-X6.
For supported operations, there is no need to connect a separate KD-MP unit.
4. Mercedes-Benz FBS3
KD-X6 supports FBS3 Add Key and AKL functions on supported Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
FBS4 and FBS5 functions are still being developed.
5. Cloud-C Remote
KD-X6 also supports Cloud-C remote functions, adding another option for supported remote programming jobs.
The Real Difference between KD-X6 Standard and Full
Both versions use the KD-X6 platform, so the main difference is not the basic device itself. It is the way advanced functions and accessories are provided.
With Standard, you get the core KD-X6 functions.
If you occasionally encounter a job requiring an advanced function, you can purchase the required activation, KD Coins, or adapter separately.
