 This is tutorial on how to make a KD FGB Remote for 2023 BMW X3 G Chassis BDC03 with KEYDIY KD-X4 Key Programmer. Prepare an original car key and a new FGB key that can be used for BMW CAS4/4+, BMW G/U chassis.

Follow the diagram to solder the original key with KD-X4.

Select "Add key".

1. This function requires an original factory ignition key.
2. During key addition, key chip data must be read. Please connect the key wiring per the tutorial beforehand.

Place the original car key into the induction coil to read data.

Start identifying >> OK >> Read NCF29Ax Chip Data >> OK >> Start execution

The data file has been read out, save it.

Remove the original key and replace KD FGB23 Remote.

Press OK to start generating data.

Autel IM608 Recover BMW FEM/BDC after Smart Mode Failure?

 Problem: A user tried to add a key to a 2016 BMW X6 using Autel IM608 with XP400 Pro and GODIAG FEM/BDC Test Platform in Smart Mode. The key reading step failed, and after restarting the process, the BDC module became unresponsive.

Why This Happens:

Smart Mode does not back up the full EEPROM data unless the module is benched. If critical data is missing, the process can permanently damage the module.

Keydiy KD-X4 Add 2023 Mazda3 Axela Key

 This guide demonstrates the process of adding a new KD (keyless entry) key to a 2023 Mazda3 Axela using Keydiy KD-X4 5-in-1 key programmer.

Preparation:

• 2023 Mazda3 Axela
• One original key (functioning car key)
• One new (unprogrammed key)
• Mobile phone
• Keydiy KD-X4

Procedure:

1.Access Programming Mode:

Enter IMMO programming application on KD-X4

Navigate through the menu:

Mazda-> Select by vehicle-> Japan-> Mazda3-> 2020-> Smart Key-> Smart Key System

Click "Start execution"
