Solved: MB PRO M6+ Initialization of Diagnosis Multiplexer Failed

 When using SUPER MB PRO M6+ PRO, the computer shows ‘Connected’ in the bottom-right corner, but the following error occurs during vehicle diagnosis: "Initialization of diagnosis multiplexer failed."

Possible causes:

The link between the diagnosis multiplexer and the diagnostic socket is interrupted.

The link between the diagnosis multiplexer and the diagnostic unit is interrupted.

The voltage supply at the diagnostic socket(circuit 30 and (or) circuit 31) is faulty.

Note:

When using SDconnect, check the connection status using the Toolkit."

Solution

This indicates abnormal software communication in MB PRO M6+.

  • Please check whether the IP settings for the communication USB port or Ethernet port are correct. Refer to the user manual for configuration instructions.
  • Additionally, verify that the computer firewall is disabled. The method to disable the firewal is shown in the figure below.

How to Decode FO21 TIBBE Key Code?

  • Start from the 1st one. If you feel that is small gap, please click and go to another gap. Click one time, the code is 2.
  • The 2nd position is the same. If you feel that is minor wing, click and go to another gap. It’s still minor swing, go on clicking again. Now it’s major swing at a big gap. Here the code is 3.
