One user feedback he has issues with his inpa cable (white PCB), always getting ihf-003 error. He opened the interface and saw that in some chips there are joined legs...he thought if this a defective cable or is it ok.

Suggestions:
- Check com port settings -> latency 1ms
- The joint solders are normal but doesn't look anything like mine. Also are you on port com1 and what car are you trying, some need pins bridging.
In addition are you setting it up using the mode selector?? To select your inpa in mode 5 for example
- White board is no good, lots of problems. Recommend replacing INPA K+CAN cable with better quality green board.
