How to Install and Activate PADFLASH Software on Windows 10

 PADFLASH ECU & TCU Programmer supports Windows 10 now. Currently customers can contact our customer service to install the software remotely after purchasing from OBDExpress.co.uk. The technician will upload the software in the future and customers can install the software directly. Follow this guide to check the PADFlash software installation, activation, wiring diagram search method, and ECU/TCU read operation.

PART I

Install & Activate PADFlash Software on Windows 10

1. Install TeamViewer remote control software on your computer.
2. Connect the device’s USB cable to the computer.
3. Insert the USB KEY that came with the device into the computer.
4. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
5. Turn on TeamViewer and send your remote control ID and password to your sales representative, or email them to info@padflashr.uk.
6. A technician will assist with the installation remotely.
7. Activation Time:

• CET (UTC+1): 11:00–14:00
• CEST (UTC+2): 12:00–15:00 (Spanish time)

Note: Remote activation by a technician is a temporary measure, automatic activation will be used by April 2025 at the latest.

PART II

Activate PADFlash Software on Windows 10

1. Open PADFlash Updater Manager.

1. The SN, Email, and App version will display on the screen
2. Select the language you desire and click the Activate FW button to initiate the license activation.

1. Click the Activate button

5.Enter the device’s S/N and click Login.

6.Once completed, PADFlash software will be successfully activated.

NOTE: Each time you use the software, you must click Activate FW first, then click Activate to log in to the software.

PART III

Check Wiring Diagram on Padflash

1. Open the Search function, enter the ECU and hit Search.
2. The relevant instructions and wiring diagram pinouts will be displayed.

PART IV

Read ECU/TCU with PADFlash:

1. Launch the PADFlash software on your desktop.
2. Accept any warning messages
3. Select the language you want for the software interface.
4. Choose the correct driver for the ECU/TCU.
5. Select the model and ECU type, then click Next.
6. Review the connection cautions provided.
7. Finally, proceed with reading the ECU/TCU.
