Why KT200 asks to send logs to mailbox?

 Problem: KT200 Auto Version popped up a prompt when I was programming ECU. It says: "ERROR!!! Send log file to support@dfbtechnology.com" "TURN THE DASHBOARD OFF AND BACK ON, THEN WAIT FOR 10s BEFORE CONTINUE."

What's the problem? Please help.

Solution

• Close antivirus software;
• Close firewall;
• Change to another stable Network or hotspot;
• Check if the ECU connection is all correct;
• Turn the jumper wire switch to ON.
