Today we're going to program 2023 Honda HR-V all keys lost with Autel IM608 Pro2 by OBD. We don't have any working key at hand, so the ignition switch will not turn on unless you use a scan tool like Autel to force it.
But if your car has the alarm on, I would advise to remove the horn fuse first. The horn fuse is right here, the red one written "HORN 10A". Just pull that out. If it starts triggering the alarm once you open the switch, you can avoid a lot of noise.
After identifying model, enter "Immo status scan".
Is the ignition turned on by pressing Start button twice? No
Press and hold Start button.
Make sure Autel IM608 II has connected WiFi successfully, press OK.
The ignition is switched on, please release the engine start/stop switch.
All keys lost >> Start
Registration condition
Press OK.
Please turn the ignition switch off.

Place a key to be learned in the vehicle and take all other keys out of the vehicle to a place more than 5m away.

This smart key is registered.

Are both the keyless access and immobilizer indicator lights turned off? No
Please turn the ignition switch off.

Check all keyless access remotes to ensure each will start the engine.
